=ABOUT US=
We are TiDAL SKiES, an audio/visual collective and signal broadcasting channel focused on the pursuit of true self-expression and self-discovery. In a world where self-suppression has become normalized and being one's self is becoming more and more shunned, TiDAL SKiES strives to challenge the social norms of expression through the Emotional Representation Project, the self-suppression alleviation process.

Located within the unknown Nameless City, also known as Nanashi, we refer to all who enter and perform as "Breeze Drifters". Individuals are referred to as such, as many come from the gusts of nearby and faraway places, some from cities of grand origins, others from humble towns. Regardless of where you come from, the TiDAL SKiES Broadcasting Channel is here to help you feel at home!

=OUR SPECIALTIES=
Currently run by Shio Natsukaze, outside of DJ performances and music events, we focus on creating electronic music, building visual experiences and VRChat video content.

In our venues, we focus on techno, house, hi-tech full-on‚ liquid DnB and jungle‚ however, we are often open to other genres!

=OUR ORIGINS=
Originally started as a childhood idea in 2015 under the name "RazerFireRiot" and "TheN3xus", the brostep/dubstep collective began as a bit of a far too ambitious idea of bringing big name artists to the label and growing a massive thriving community.

Having its roots on the now-abandoned fandom community site of Quotev (formerly Quizzaz), RFR was mostly pushing out tracks centred around house, EDM and trap between 2016 to 2019.

After going through a hiatus for two years, the collective rebranded as "Sakura Forest Brewery Collective" in 2021, with the motto of "Brewing your next flavourful future!".

This rebranding took heavy inspiration from the Japanese doujinshi music scene and the peak of V-Tubers, Shio underwent the name "Latte" and "ChaiTea", shifting their focus from dubstep to techno and house, while building their image as two separate V-Tubing models. SFBC was focused on the theme of being a humble little cafe and brewery (for coffees and teas, not alcohol!) located in a mysterious forest, run by Latte and Chai.

By 2023, SFBC had reached the same fate as RFR, garnering little momentum due to the lack of expansion and proper vision. While SFBC was considered a failure, its presence is still canonically part of Nanashi City. Latte and Chai were retired personas, and the alias "NATSUKA" was birthed. Shortly after, the name evolved into Shio Natsukaze, stage name N2KA // NATSUKA.

In 2024, SFBC finally rebranded as TiDAL SKiES, as Shio had realized much of their vision was not of coffees and teas, but of skies and cities. There were other names planned for TiDAL SKiES, such as "Tidal City", "SkyCity" and "Summer Skies".

The vision shifted from "Flavourful Futures" to "Unity of the east and west through sound", drastically shifting the direction of the collective. Rather than just focusing on music production, the label began expanding to running events, providing virtual experiences, and most importantly, holding a sanctuary for self-discovery and self-expression.

In the modern day, TiDAL SKiES now operates as a venue standing on its core values of maintaining the self, and is hoping to inspire those willing to spread the good word of being your "self".
