It is characterized by a "swingy" or "shuffling" rhythmic feel, blending soulful house, Afro-house, soca, broken beat, and UK garage, usually around 128-130 BPM. Known for its upbeat, joyous, and melodic feel, it often features soulful R&B vocals, sunny melodies, and heavy, dancing-oriented basslines.
